The Fort Independence Park Neighborhood Association (FIPNA) is a community association of homeowners, tenants, and cooperators who live in and around Giles and Cannon Place, Sedgwick Avenue, West 238th Street, and Fort Independence Street, in the 80th AD in the Bronx.
