Here is a link to documents discovered and shared by the public– not the government– that relate to the proposal to give Fresh Direct $130 million in subsidies to relocated on the Bronx waterfront.

Check out the NEGATIVE Environmental Assessments done for Fresh Direct, the nonbinding “Memorandum of Understanding” concocted by BP Ruben Diaz, and the original 1991 least between DOT and Galesi (Harlem Rail Yards) in which the “Tenant” pledges to reduce TRUCK TRAFFIC on the Bronx waterfront.
