FIPNA is hosting a neighborhood Information Session
about two important issues facing our community:
Jackson Development Group is proposing a city-funded,
93-unit, 7-story building on the Cannon Place side of
the through lots just south of 238th (last year’s “Urban
Pathways” lot). The building they propose will be a
looming, 100,000+ square ft behemoth on two lots.
The owners of 3333 Giles have resubmitted their
application for a variance to build a 5-story, 63-unit
building with 44 parking spots. The lot is zoned R4A
and only detached one- or two-family homes can be
built without the variance. FIPNA has been fighting this
developer for 7 years.
