Today (April 19) the DOT spent most of the day on Cannon Place placing concrete barriers along the retaining wall side of the street. They said it was preliminary to taking steps to repair/shore up the wall and repair the sidewalk, and indicated that they want the sidewalk completely closed until repairs are made.
