I searched the web for news stories about Ivan Shapiro House, looking for signs of problems there. Haven’t found any yet (will keep looking, also trying to contact that community board), but did find these stories about the opening, and a story about a woman who has benefited from living there.

Community Board 8 is holding its Land Use Committee meeting at Kingsbridge Heights Community Center this Wednesday, December 9th, at 7:30 p.m. so that Kingsbridge Heights residents can HEAR about and TALK about the proposed Urban Pathways development at 3469 Cannon Place.
