Information on the Site and the Financing for Urban Pathway’s proposal

Site ownership can be found on the City’s web page:

Go to www.nyc.gov to the Finance Department. http://www.nyc.gov/html/dof/html/home/home.shtml

Housing Funding can be found on the City’s web page:

Go to www.nyc.gov to the Housing Preservation Department.

Click on the links to find reports.

It does not look like the group owns the property yet.  I can not be sure, but it does seem that city and state funds will be used to help finance this project.  What this means is you can contact your local representatives to discuss the project.

    3469 Cannon Place does NOT EXIST.

    Block 3258, Lot 120 is on FORT INDEPENDENCE.

    The zoning for this lot is R6A– can be built to a maximum height of 70’… Above the property’s address on Fort Independence Street. It seems they are inventing an address on Cannon Place to get around this zoning.

    Yes! This is the key.

    When did the owner make this change?

    He cannot invent an address.

    THE LOT IS ON FORT INDEPENDENCE.

    The R6A zoning applies to an entrance on Ft. Independence. Which means the building can rise 70’above Ft. Indepedence.

    Any idea on who we should complain to?
