It does not look like the group owns the property yet. I can not be sure, but it does seem that city and state funds will be used to help finance this project. What this means is you can contact your local representatives to discuss the project.

3469 Cannon Place does NOT EXIST.
Block 3258, Lot 120 is on FORT INDEPENDENCE.
The zoning for this lot is R6A– can be built to a maximum height of 70’… Above the property’s address on Fort Independence Street. It seems they are inventing an address on Cannon Place to get around this zoning.
You are correct. We told the Urban Pathways that we did not want any project with an entrance on Cannon Place.
They did not listen to us. They did not make the change, the person who owns it, made the change. This is the same person who has a bad sidewalk, a crumbling fence, and a dirty piece of land. The landowner should obey same rules we all obey, or get a fine.
They should not in any way be rewarded with a city and state funded project. Not sure about the zoning as this is supportive housing, but that is a good point. We should make a complaint someplace about changing the address — not sure where, though.

Yes! This is the key.
When did the owner make this change?
He cannot invent an address.
THE LOT IS ON FORT INDEPENDENCE.
The R6A zoning applies to an entrance on Ft. Independence. Which means the building can rise 70’above Ft. Indepedence.
Any idea on who we should complain to?
