- Look for Block 3258 and Lot 120 on ACRIS and you can find out the ownership. http://www.nyc.gov/html/dof/html/jump/acris.shtml
- Check on Assessments and you can find out if they paid their taxes, etc. http://www.nyc.gov/html/dof/html/jump/nycproperty.shtml
Housing Funding can be found on the City’s web page:

It does not look like the group owns the property yet. I can not be sure, but it does seem that city and state funds will be used to help finance this project. What this means is you can contact your local representatives to discuss the project.
