UP has made this video to tell people about Ivan Shapiro and what they do. Ivan Shapiro House is similar to what UP wants to build in our neighborhood, with a few exceptions: The plan here is to include 40% regular apartments (IS is all supportive housing), parking (IS has none), and a preference for veterans.
