First Day of Summer Concert

We’re having another “First day of Summer” concert in Fort Independence Park this Saturday, June 21, between 2:30 and 6.

To add to the fun, this year we have Gus Amador playing too!

Last year FIPNA sponsored a First Day of Summer concert on June 21 in the Fort Independence Park. The music was performed by The Shameless Manipulators, a rock and blues band that includes four Giles Place residents.

Come one, come all and enjoy some great music!!

Don’t you mean Jerome park? which was known as pidgeon park by the old timers who remember. I hope this won’t be on our block, the 5oth will be notified.

No it is called Fort Independence Park, the one right next to the reservoir. The concert will NOT be on the street but like the flyer says in the park. The 50th is already aware of this concert.
