Day 29 Part 2:
As I stated before I just had to get my post out earlier today because I was fit to be tied that no one can do anything to stop what is happening outside my door. So now I am back to post my usual 11:00pm daily post.
The strike line is still standing strong even though it is now 1 day short of day 30. One month on strike and no negotiations in sight! What happened to all the promises that were made by all the elected officials to help? Where is the help? I have watched videos on you tube of elected officials talking to the union members and offering all kinds of help and support, but yet we are at day 29 and nobody has done anything to get these contract negotiations moving.
Today I noticed 3 signs posted in the window of the nursing home, I assume they were posted by replacement workers. Have a look for yourself:
Last time I checked abortion is legal in the united states, am I missing something? This goes to show the quality of staff the residents of KHRCC are now receiving. All I can say is unbelievable…
So as you have read from my first post today, the generators are running again even though they are not supposed to be. Have a look at them starting up the generators and then the generators running, they even have the lights that they mounted on the walls lit up as well. DEP, where are you? You were supposed to be here? The level on my meter tonight is 81db across the street from the generators.
Till tomorrow, STAND STRONG!
