Today is the start of a new week and the second week that 1199 is on strike against the nursing home.
The strikers had a mock funeral ceremony today for the owner of the nursing home. They created an effigy of her and carried her along the picket line on top of a fabricated coffin. Although it is was very funny, there is nothing funny about this strike.
